Ables trail
Arrival in Santa Caterina Valfurva within h. 14.00.
In the afternoon, shuttle till Rifugio Forni, short climb along a muletrack till the panoramic Ables trail. Return in S. Caterina Valfurva.
450 HM by shuttle / 150 HM to climb / Total: 8,5 km / On trail: 5 km / Level: S1, short part S2

Val di Rezzalo
Shuttle from S. Caterina Valfurva direction Gavia pass till Ponte dell’Alpe.
Continuation on trail along Val di Rezzalo until Le Prese. Return in S. Caterina Valfurva by shuttle. 800 HM by shuttle / 200 HM to climb / Total: 14 km / On trail: 5 km / Level: S1, short part S2

La Rocca
Departure from S. Caterina along forest road until Bormio.
Cable way Bormio - Bormio 2000 then along trail and forest road till S. Caterina Valfurva.
1070 HM by cable way / 300 HM to climb / Total: 26 km / On trail: 5 km / Level: S1, short part S2

Sunny Valley trail
Climb from S. Caterina Valfurva by cable way or Land-Rover till Rifugio Sunny Valley.
Continuation along trail till Ponte dell’Alpe and downhill along asphalt till S. Caterina Valfurva. Departure or extra night.
800 HM by cable way / 30 HM to climb / Total: 20 km / On trail: 10 km / Level: S1 and S2

In the afternoon first easy tour along the “Miravalle” trail (450 meters of difference)between pastures, meadows and narrow bends.

“Old military road” 25b
Shuttle from S. Caterina Valfurva to Rifugio Berni, direction Gavia pass.
Continuation along the old military road and trail direction Ponte di Pietra – Piano delle Marmotte (panoramic views) – “La Romantica” trail (about 85 downhill curves 85) –
S. Caterina Valfurva.
1550 HM / 37 km / On trail: 16 km / Level: S2 + S

“Confinale” trail
Shuttle from S. Caterina Valfurva to Rifugio Forni.
Rifugio Forni - Rifugio Pizzini with spectacular views of the Forni Glacier.
“Confinale” trail and downhill until S. Caterina Valfurva.
1250 HM / 31 km / On trail: 16 km / Level: S2 + S3

Departure from S. Caterina Valfurva till Bormio 2000.
Cable way Bormio 2000 - Bormio 3000.
Adrenaline downhill for about 500 meters on stone slabs , then for 17 km along trails and pastures. 650 HM / 32 km / On trail: 18 km / Level: S2 + S3

“Tibetan bridges”
Shuttle from S. Caterina Valfurva to Rifugio Forni.
Rifugio Forni - Rifugio Branca and downhill along trail – tibetan bridges – glaciological trail of the Forni glacier and return to S. Caterina Valfurva. Departure or extra night.
